New Year’s Party Invitation
Happy New Year:)
Last night we celebrated New Year’s Eve with friends, in fact this has been our tradition for the past nine years. Our partying originally started with three families and between us we rotate hosting an annual Christmas party (usually the 20th) and New Year Eve’s party. Over the years our circle has grown and so have the number of children; generally speaking the parties range between 35-50+ people.
To the children especially these parties speak tradition. Their important list of must dos includes staying up to midnight and screaming “Happy New Year”. Last night was small, 38 big and little friends celebrating together.
New Year is a time of reflection; a time to reminiscence on the year past and resolutions for the year to come. Whilst I reflect and ponder here today I am grateful. Grateful for the friends who bless our lives, who by being who they are enrich us so much. Particularly those who celebrated last night. Thank you{{}}
We are blessed to have many friends; friends of many years, friends recently made, friends who live locally, friends who are interstate and recently friends whom we may never met but touch our lives through forums, blogs and emails.
To those friends who were unable to ‘party with us last night’ I extend an open invitation to join in the party fun now and introduce yourself, I’d dearly love to hear from you:):) Please don’t be shy I’d love to touch base or get to know you.
