Old Fashioned Nightgowns for my Girls
My younger girls have long been begging me to purchase a long nightie for them. However they are impossible to find in the stores unless I was willing to pay $100+ online.
I bought a very pretty Sheridan doona cover from the op-shop and with the aid of this peasant dress tutorial and these shiring tutorials, I have some very happy girls:)

I've still got some material, and I thought they look like they really need nightcaps too. Wouldn't be at all hard to do.

A new project for B to do? Do they look Middle Agey do you think? Tie in with your studies.
Thanks Narelle:) I'm now wondering about trying another style.

Wonderful nightgowns! My girls will like them as well! Just came across you blog looking for such a pattern, but looks like we may have much in common – though we are oceans apart!
Hope you have a great day!
