April Shower of Photos – Day 30
What to do when it is time to start the ‘Barbie’ and it’s raining? The easiest solution is to ask an obliging sister for help. Mother’s darling helpers. Today brings us to the conclusion of April’s Shower of Photos, thank you Jen, for offering us this opportunity. We hope our readers have enjoyed our seeing our living and learning snapshots.

April Shower of Photos – Day 29
Remember the ‘Spider’s Web?’ Apparently it converts to a trapeze wire.

April Shower of Photos – Day 27
“Come into my Parlour” said the Spider to the Fly. Carpenter found the ‘Big Ball of String’ that has been packed away for many a month and was up to his old tricks. He discovered it could hold his weight, at least for a time. Amazing really as the ‘Ball of String’ is cotton. The broken web caught another ‘fly’ tonight as daddy stumbled into it in the dark. The children thought this hilarious, daddy wasn’t so thrilled.

April Shower of Photos – Day 26
Just thought I’d share some of the Easter eggs the children painted during Easter Week. It is said that the older you get the more set in your ways you become. April Shower of Photos – Day 22
Our Jem has fascinating days. On any given day he can be found playing dressups, riding bikes, lying on the trampoline, swinging on the swings. Always in the thick of things. I remind the children that he is only 7 months old but to them he is simply another playmate.

April Shower of Photos – Day 21
Keeping with my theme of living and learning; this snapshot of Koala is a constant in our house. The book title and location will change but the occupation does not.

April Shower of Photos – Day 20
As I mentioned previously my brother Callan is home visiting from the outback. He has been busy teaching the children how to crack a whip. Carpenter has been a quick study and can crack with both his right and left hands. You can imagine what the requests for Christmas will be.

April Shower of Roses – Day 17
Last night I managed to capture this picture of Princess. My brother Callan is home from Central Queensland where he has been working on cattle stations. Princess loves wearing his hat. He is busy teaching the boys how to crack his whip and replacing fence posts eaten out by white ants.

April Shower of Photos – Day 16
“Bob’ is exhausted after a hard day of work. Jack Jack has a mate, Wil. Wil has passed on his Bob the Builder pajamas and Jack Jack LOVES them. Wil who is nearly 5, is very generous, he passes on his outgrown clothes to Jack Jack and then gets so excited when he visits and sees Jack Jack wearing his clothes. Thank you Wil:)
