It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. 1Read a few picture books every day to our precious little ones. 2Achieved some computer ‘housecleaning’. Re-organised bookmarked favourites into folders and deleted old emails. 3Re-organised the cupboards in the kitchen. I admit I didn’t finish the job but I nearly did, I think it counts. It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. 1Packed up the books immediately after we finished lesson time every day. This is helping so much with smoothness at lessons the next morning:) and makes for a tidy living room. 2Put all the books in the towering pile back into the bookcases.I should do it immediately and then I wouldn’t have a towering pile. 3Took the children to the dam for a swim a couple of times. First week back to lessons for us and we have accomplished all on the list. 3. Have started a family read aloud and have read daily.

Small Successes
Danielle Bean writes It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So let’s do that. Sharing a few of my ‘small successes’ this week. 1. Koala and I had a mother/daughter morning out, shopping and sharing donuts and hot chocolate. 2. Played a couple of games of T-ball with the children. 3. Unpacked a couple of boxes of stored kitchenware and set it up in my new kitchen cupboard. Faith and Family are hosting small successes every Thursday.

The Octomom Award – Now Why Me;) ?
My dear friend Jessica has given me the Octomom Award. The rules for The Octamom Award are: 1) You must eat a piece of chocolate in honor of accepting The Octamom Award. 2) You must eat yet another piece of chocolate when you put the award on your blog. 3) Try to go by and see the other good folks I’m going to put a link up for. 4) Feel free to add or subtract from the rules as suits your fancy…except that chocolate one…I must insist on that. Why do all my friends keep offering me chocolate? I try to be good, well I try a little but I…
