April Shower of Photos – Day 14

Regardless of age the children in this house love playing ‘dress ups’. Clowns, princesses, fairies, Rangers’, karate experts, Sherlock Holmes we have them all and more. Scarves, hats, shoes and veils can instantly transform outfits from one character to another.

Op Shops and garage sales have long supplied the bulk of our dress ups. At Christmas time PC and I were very fortunate when we stumbled across the local costume shop selling old stock for 50c a piece! The dress ups are stored in a cupboard with drawers, hanging space and a mirror on the front verandah. Hours are spent travelling to magical worlds.
