Heart for Home: July 21st
In my weekly ‘Hearts for Home’ post I am encouraging myself and others to commit to thinking about what 4-6 things we can do each week to bring our thoughts, prayers and actions to keeping our ‘Hearts for Home’.
1
To really be present, in the moment with my children/husband.
Sometimes my body can be there but my mind is racing ahead.
2
To continue with crafts with my girls.
To finish the rag doll with Princess and to start
dress making with Koala.
3
To continue with our read aloud time daily.
Picture books and chapter book, we’re on a great rhythm at present:)
4
To finalise our plans for extensions.
We’re considering how best to balance the needs of a homsechooling family
and to still be a warm and inviting home.
Please consider joining in and supporting one another in our vocation. I look forward to meeting you at Cherished Hearts for Home.

We have struggled with reading since Thursday and now I have some wild Little indians from lack of attention.
I have to fix that though. ☺
Love to see the rag doll completed.

Bless

Oh that reading time is soooo good isn't it? If I could only keep at it each day! Thanks for the inspiration!
I like what you said about balancing homeschooling needs and being a "warm" and "inviting" home 🙂

I'd love to see the rag doll complete too, dragging on.
Judy I really encourage you with the reading time, actually Gae and I have been inspiring each other, it helps. Want to join in?
