Mini Birthday Week 2013
What a whirlwind week it has been, with our College ‘children’ home and the observance of all the Easter services. adding to the mix we celebrated 2 birthdays. On Good Friday Bass turned 2, we postponed his birthday and celebrated on Easter Sunday. It is so surprising to realise our ‘baby’ is 2 already! He is such a confident little boy, knowing he is so loved, always eager to be involved and never left out, although he happily plays on his own too. New Year’s Eve Party
What a night! Partying with friends, a fantastic way to usher out the old year and herald in the new. Nine families, 72 people gathered at our place, our first party on our new deck, we experienced how well our home flows for a party. We feasted on the deck and all chatted or played outside until dark, then the party continued with pool, wii and dancing the night away. Did we dance! Our 20th Wedding Anniversary!!
Today, 20 years ago I married my soul mate, and what a wonderful adventure we embarked upon:):) They’ve been rich, full years, we have been truly blessed by The Lord, a happy marriage is a Gift, one that we truly treasure, a miracle indeed. Concluding Our Birthday Season 2012
During the last fortnight we celebrated two more birthdays, thus concluding our birthday season for the year. Jem was sooo excited to celebrate his 4th birthday, he counted down for weeks, we could hardly believe the big day finally arrived. Happy Birthday to our adventurous lad who is in such a hurry to be a Big Boy. Princess was another who counted down excitedly for her 11th birthday, fortunately her big day finally dawned and lived up to her expectations. Three Birthdays in Seven Days!
A little more than a fortnight ago we were blessed to once again celebrate our annual mega birthday week (as opposed to our mini birthday week). First celebration was for our gorgeous Jelly Bean. We can hardly believe that our youngest daughter is 8!! rather bittersweet. Catch that smile, our Jelly Bean is a bit of a charmer. Five days later we celebrated Jack Jack’s 6th Birthday. Mini Birthday Week
We’ve been celebrating our Mini Birthday Week. Last week we celebrated Bass’ 1st Birthday. We can hardly believe he is one already!! He truly is a delightful baby, so very happy and confident in the knowledge that he is deeply loved. This week we celebrate Einstein’s 15th Birthday. Where have the years flown?
